My Baby is 5 Today!

I can't believe my baby is 5 today. He is growing up so fast & it is such fun to watch him learn new things. He is such a good kid & loves his baby sister. I just enjoy him so much. We had a fun birthday party for him last Saturday. He really had a good time & got to wear his Halloween costume. Enjoy the pics...

Safety first? I don't think so!

Gracie is a rolling champ in getting from her back to her belly. If only she could roll the other way... I put her on the kitchen island while I was getting water in her bathtub. She rolled over on the counter & what do I do? Protect her from falling? No! I grab the camera. She has the cutest fat rolls & I had to get a naked picture. It was so funny to watch my pudgy girl roll over naked! I have pictures capturing the moment. She is also eating cereal now, but she's not fond of the spoon. It's not fast enough for her & she only tolerates it for about 10 bites. Then she clearly lets me know that she wants a bottle.

Ronnie taught himself how to swing the other day. I was so proud. Now he wants to go out all the time & "practice". I'm happy to see him getting exercise & he is just so thrilled that he finally figured it out. I had to share the pictures.

The baby sale went very well. Ronnie liked Gracie's little car & had a lot of fun riding it around the house. He's a tad big for it, but he didn't seem to mind...

A Milestone for Gracie & other stuff

Gracie rolled over! Yesterday, she started rolling over & kept doing it repeatedly. She didn't care for being on her belly, but she wouldn't stay on her back! Hopefully she will learn to roll the other direction soon!!! I got out the camcorder yesterday to get the event on film. After dusting it off, I decided to look at old footage of Ronnie. The last time we taped him, he was 9 months old. Isn't that so sad? I don't have any footage of him. He looked at the camcorder & said, "Cheese. Oh, I blinked. Do it again Mommy." He obviously has no clue what a camcorder is. I hope I make up for lost time...
Beth bought Ronnie a cool power ranger mask & watch for a whole $.50 at Goodwill. What a bargain. He certainly got her money's worth out of it! He slept with the watch on the first night.
My new job is going well & it's getting busier. I really love working from home. Hopefully Gracie will start being less fussy during the day. She likes all eyes on her, all the time. It's hard when I'm working. On to the pictures...

Back atcha Beth!!!

Well, I had to share these pics because my wonderful friend Beth posted some bad ones of me on her blog. :) Ever since I came back from Minnesota, I have struggled with finding my niche. Beth came into my life when I very reluctantly joined a small group at my church. Ron "forced" me to join & I did so, kicking & screaming all the way. Little did I know that I would make such a great friend when I met Beth. She has the most wonderful children & Ronnie adores them. It is always fun to get together with her & hang out. We have a very similar sense of humor & she LOVES to garage sale! The other day we got our hair done & she had the great idea to take pictures of the progress. It really seemed like a good idea until they surfaced on the internet. Anyway, I love ya Beth in a totally non-lesbo way! I will remove this blog if you remove yours! :)

Happy Birthday Dad!

We had a birthday celebration for Dad yesterday. It is always fun to get the family together. I now have a "park" in my backyard (according to Ron) & the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. Also, I finally found sand for Ronnie's new sand box last night. We were so excited to play today, but of course, it's raining! I guess there is always tomorrow. I wanted to share pics from the party. Happy Birthday to Dad today!!!

Whoo Hoo! Undies!!!
Yummy Cake Becky!

Doesn't go with the birthday celebration, but I loved this pic! :)

She was sick all day Saturday. She looks so out of it! (But hey, she's not crying)
Strike a pose!
Cute new hairdo!
